Shipping Rates and Policies

Free Standard Shipping On All Orders Over $75.
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed for you after you submit your shipping information upon checkout. You will know the exact amount of the shipping costs of your order before you enter your credit card information. Any items or promotions that refer to “Free Shipping” are applicable for Standard Delivery only, and within the Contiguous U.S. only. For items with additional shipping charges, those extra charges may still be added but the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your total shipping charges. Shipping carriers are used at our discretion and orders may be held to ship complete.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday. Most orders placed by 2 PM EST are shipped that business day. However, please allow 1 business day for order processing after you have placed your order. We will ship all standard orders by USPS First Class Mail. Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days depending on location. For faster processing and delivery, you can have your order shipped USPS Priority.
All items are shipped with a verified USPS tracking number for online tracking and delivery confirmation. In most case orders placed before 2 PM (EST) will process that business day. Orders received over the weekend may not process for shipment until Monday morning. USPS may delivery your package on a Saturday, they do not deliver on national holidays.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands are shipped based on USPS real-time costs depending on the weight of the package, delivery method and final destination.
Processing and Shipping of Orders
Processed orders will be shipped by the following business day (usually same day if placed by 2PM EST Mon-Fri) All orders are processed immediately upon receipt, so please make sure your address, phone number, email address and requested shipping method are correct before you submit your order. Please also check your email confirmation carefully, as it is a result of the information you have entered, and we cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered information. Please see below regarding additional shipping charges as a result of incorrect addresses.
We may be unable to change your order once we have received it, as orders are processed immediately upon receipt. We ship most orders for in-stock items within 24 hours. Orders received Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Some orders may be delayed as we thoroughly investigate the validity of credit card transactions and verify billing information, and we can’t be held responsible for order processing delays because of this. This is all done for your security.
All orders over $75 receive free standard shipping! Any order over $75 which elects a different shipping method will be credited the standard fee as a discount toward faster shipping. Standard orders have an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days. Any order placed on a weekend will be shipped on Monday, pending credit card verification. Business days are Monday through Friday.
PLEASE NOTE: Packages less than 1 lb may ship via USPS First Class Mail when our Free Standard Shipping method is chosen. In some instances your order may ship in multiple shipments (due to product and warehouse availability) if standard shipping is selected. If you have a PO Box please provide your physical address as well as the PO Box or choose Priority Mail shipping to ensure your package is deliverable.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are subject to additional charges. Your charges will appear upon checkout. You will be notified of any fees that do not conform with our free and flat rate shipping policies.

All in-stock products generally ship within 1 business day of the order being placed. When available, the back-ordered item(s) will ship, free of charge to the customer. Domestic backordered items are usually shipped within 3-7 business days.
Additional Shipping Details
Orders to PO. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO are sent via USPS only.
We will notify you of any complications with your credit card. We strictly follow all national and international regulations regarding the sale, purchase and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law within the United States or abroad.
Packages shipped and/or delivered with incorrect address information
If the information you provide us as you place your order has incorrect or incomplete address information, we may be charged by the delivering carrier (USPS, FedEx, etc) an address correction fee. Examples of incorrect information include missing Apartment or Suite numbers, incorrect zip codes, missing floor number or building number if applicable, incomplete name (Main St. vs. Main Ave. vs. Main St. NW). We do reserve the right to charge your credit card for these fees. They vary among carriers and type of service.
In addition, if you ask the delivering carrier to route your package to an alternate address or if the address you provide us is considered undeliverable, we reserve the right to pass those additional fees along to you. Examples of undeliverable packages include but are not limited to: orders that have incorrect address information, packages that are refused for any reason when delivery is attempted, packages that aren’t delivered in 3 delivery attempts, packages unclaimed at the USPS local office or any other reason out of USPS’s control that result in the package being returned to us.
Please make sure the addresses are correct, the recipient knows the package is coming and that the location is suitable for daytime delivery of packages. If a package is shipped to your home address and you ask the carrier to forward it to another address, additional fees may apply. If a package is undeliverable for any reason, it may be shipped back to us by the carrier, and we reserve the right to bill your credit card both for the return shipping and the outbound charges to reship your package.
We do not ship to jails or prisons and cannot be held responsible for packages shipped to these addresses without our knowledge.
Please Review Your Information Carefully
It’s important that you carefully enter your information while placing your order. Some common errors are:
- typing errors (“typos”),
- entering billing information on the shipping information page and shipping information on the billing page.
- incorrect zip code
Each order is reviewed by our staff before it is processed, and we’ll do everything possible to try to catch an error before your order is shipped, but it is ultimately up to you to make sure the information you submit is correct. You always have an opportunity to review your information before you submit your order and we ask that you do this carefully. We do reserve the right to bill your credit card for any address correction or shipment rerouting fees we are billed from the shipping carriers.
